Yes of course! Our friendly host team will be able to check on availability and help you extend your visit subject to availability.

If you’re delayed, please email info@skylightlondon.com and we will do our best to accommodate late-comers.

We offer refunds with 28 days notice. We would also offer a refund if we were forced to close because of government guidelines. If it is within 28 days and you are no longer able to come, then we will move your booking to any other date in the next 6 months.

Bookings are highly recommended. Walk in spaces are harder to accommodate on the weekends as everyone must be seated to order any drinks or food.

Skylight is London’s biggest Covid-secure outdoor venue. We have achieved both AIM Secure and Good To Go Industry Standard accreditation, demonstrating our preparedness for hosting COVID safe events and we are working within those guidelines. From 19th July we recommend that our staff and guests follow government guidance by properly wearing a mask, but we are no longer requiring guests or staff to to do so. If you are not feeing well, please do not come to the venue. We are maintaining table service and enhanced all cleaning before, during and after your visit and you’ll find hand sanitiser stations throughout the venue. We will continue to display guidance about hands, face, space throughout the venue.  We will continue to display the NHS track and trace QR code for check in, but guests will no longer be required to scan in

Smoking is allowed in our specified outdoor areas.

Unfortunately we do not have cloakroom facilities and are unable to store bulky items.

Unfortunately, due to health and safety, we cannot have balloons or decorations at Skylight.

Sorry, we don’t allow any external food or drink items into Skylight. This is to ensure our food protocols are adhered to and to avoid allergy exposure to our guests.

Any lost property will be held for 4 weeks, after which time it will be donated to charity. If you’ve left any of your possessions behind, get in touch with the team by emailing info@skylightlondon.com.

You can bring children (under 18) along during the day until 6pm in all locations other than our speakeasy cocktail bar. During winter months, under 18s are only welcome after 6 pm if you have booked an igloo.

We’re a cashless venue and accept card and contactless payments only.

If you have made a booking with us and have agreed to a card authorisation. We will only charge the card if any policy violation has been made or if you cancel the booking with less than 48 hours notice.

Sadly we don’t allow for double bookings to be made as we want all our guests to have the same experience and stay with us. You would be more than happy for you to book in with us on another occasion for a different section of our venue! If you do end up making a double booking we will need to cancel one of the bookings and a member of our team will be in contact with you.

Yes there is level access to Skylight Peckham, we have two lifts and toilet facilities which are step-free.

Weekdays we serve pastries between 10:00 – 12:00

Monday – Wednesday our main menu is served 12:00 – 21:00

Thursday – Friday our main menu is served 12:00 – 22:00

Saturday’s our brunch menu is available 10:00 – 18:00 and the main menu served 18:00 – 22:00

Sunday’s our brunch menu is available 10:00 – 18:00 and the main menu served 18:00 – 21:00

Once the kitchen is closed we serve bar snacks (Olives & Spiced Crispy Pigs Ears) for the rest of the evening.

We close at midnight Sunday – Thursday and 1am on Friday and Saturday evenings. Please note our outdoor terrace closes at 10:30pm.

For all booking types we would require a deposit to be paid or a card authorisation to be made. We charge £10 per person at the time of your booking for larger groups. If you select the card authorisation option, no money will be taken unless you fail to turn up for your booking or break the Skylight Peckham booking terms. This amount can be used towards your bill or preorders!

Entry to Skylight Peckham is on Theatre Walk (in between Peckham Library and Mountview College). Please do not use the main school entrance, we have our own dedicated entrance off the walkway on the Southside of the entrance.

Items are left at the owner’s risk.

The venue accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Ice Skating is £15 for 45 minutes per person adults & children. Ice Skating can only be purchased on the day at the venue. All guest must sign a waiver prior to coming onto the ice. The waiver can be found here

Skylight Tobacco Dock is on the top 4 levels of a multi-storey carpark and has accessible access via the carpark ramp. Unfortunately we do not have a working lift. Our staff are trained to assist when required and we have an accessible toilet on level 10.

The majority of our tables are accessible and located on levels 9, 10 and 11. Unfortunately level 12 (mezzanine level) does not offer accessible access.

For bookings at Skylight Rooftop, head to our Pennington Street entrance. There is a large Pink Gate with Skylight above it.

The price you pay to book a table, booth or igloo is the table reservation fee and is not redeemable against food or drinks. Some of the packages you can book e.g. Sunshine Booths include 6 welcome drinks with the booking, this is stated on the booking page.

Skylight is a proud Wapping business and we continually strive to find new ways to bring a wonderful amenity to the Wapping Community. We offer local resident discounts on tickets, events, even on F&B on specific dates. We have worked, in consultation with our neighboring resident groups, to develop our Operational Management Plan (OMP). While we are an outdoor venue the majority of our spaces are covered and heated to keep you dry and cosy. If you have booked at an uncovered area and it starts raining, please see our host team to move to an alternative area.

Dogs and their well-behaved owners are welcome up at Skylight Rooftop until 6 pm. Guide dogs are always welcome.

Yes, you can preorder drinks! But, sadly we do not accept food preorders, Orders must be placed on the day with a waiter. Why not have your first round of drinks ready and waiting on your table when you arrive? Make the most of your visit by selecting a wonderful drinks package when making your booking.

You will be quoted a price for the booth based on the time slot you choose. It can range from £60 to £120. This payment is per booth and is a fee.  It is NOT applied against your bill on the day. This fee gives you exclusive use of the booth for 3.5 hours and welcome drinks.

Coming to Skylight is the perfect opportunity to relax so take advantage of our full table service offering! You cannot order from the bar only from your waiter.
